In this piece, I’m thinking about staying hopeful and positive even though our culture is pretty good at making it seem like optimism is, at best, uncool or at worst, delusional. We get to choose our own outlook; we get to choose how we tell our own story. Hope this helps remind us of that!

In the Color Ideas series, I’m doing one of my favorite things: letting my thoughts turn into color relationships and patterns that serve to remind us of an idea that’s worth remembering.
